1. General Terms

1.1 By using this website, you confirm you are of legal smoking age in your jurisdiction (21 years old in most U.S. states).
1.2 All orders are for in-store pickup only. We do not offer delivery or shipping at this time.
1.3 It is your responsibility to review and comply with these Terms & Conditions before placing an order.

2. Order & Pickup Policies

2.1 Placing an Order

  • Orders can be placed through our website during normal business hours.
  • You may place orders up to 3 days in advance of your desired pickup time.
  • A 10-minute preparation time applies to all orders. Orders will not be ready for pickup sooner than 10 minutes after being placed.

2.2 Pickup Availability

  • In-store pickup is available during the store’s operating hours:
    • Monday – Saturday: 9 AM – 8 PM
    • Sunday: 12 PM – 6 PM
  • Orders placed outside of store hours will be processed at the beginning of the next business day.

2.3 Pickup Deadlines

  • Orders must be picked up within 48 hours of your selected pickup time.
  • Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be canceled without refund or credit.

3. Payment Policies

3.1 All payments must be made in-store at the time of pickup.
3.2 Orders placed through the website are for reservation only and will not be processed until payment is completed in-store using cash, credit card, debit card, or loyalty points (if available).
3.3 No payments are accepted through the website at this time.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

4.1 All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except in the case of defective or damaged products.
4.2 If you need to cancel your order, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your selected pickup time.

5. Customer Responsibility

5.1 You are required to bring a valid government-issued ID matching the name on the order when picking up your purchase.
5.2 If you are unable to provide proof of age or identity, your order will not be released, and no refund will be issued.
5.3 Please check your order upon pickup. Once you leave the store, no claims regarding product condition or completeness will be accepted.
