At Carolina Cloudz Vapes & More, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. While we do not generally offer returns or exchanges, we want to make sure you leave with fully functional products. Please read our return policy carefully.
1. General Policy
1.1 All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for products unless they are found to be defective at the time of purchase.
1.2 Customers are encouraged to test their devices in-store before leaving to ensure they are in working condition.
2. Defective Products
2.1 If you believe your product is defective:
- Notify a staff member immediately and test the product in-store.
- If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.
2.2 Once you leave the store, no claims for defective products will be accepted.
- Testing the product before leaving ensures you are satisfied with its functionality.
3. Conditions for Returns
3.1 Returns or replacements will only be considered for products that:
- Are determined to be defective at the time of purchase.
- Are in their original packaging with all components intact.
3.2 We cannot offer returns or replacements for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items without proof of purchase.
